The customer rules, again (weekly assignment)

My article is called "The customer rules, again." I found it under the heading "life" on Globeandmail.com.

This article talks about many companies care the customers feeling, and they want to improve their service quality. They want to get more and more customers. For example, air Canada accepet the customers to take their pets to go to airplane. It is very convenience for the customers, so they can get many customers who like to take their pets to go to everywhere. Nowadays, we are in the recession, they do not want to bankrupt their companies, so many companies change their service to attract many customers.

I am interested this article because it is very useful for people. In the world, every person is customer, so we should care some information about customer service.

  1. I agree with you opinion. Resently, peopele are living in the beautiful city, and they've gotten the good lifestyles. Specially, peole like pet more than food or clothes, so pets are their friends too. It's good idea that people can bring pet in the airplane, and also it is good idea bring pet when people go to travel. It really conveinece for customers.

  2. it's will cost lots of money for bring pets to airplane, but i like this news because i can bring my dog to go to traveling when i become rich~~^^
